How To Read the ValuesMatrix Results
First, login to your Members Area by visiting www.advancedhiring.com
Click on the upper right corner of the site, Login
Key in your username/email and password
Once you are inside the Members Area, by default, you are looking at the list of applicants who took the ValuesMatrix
Click on the My Applicants StylesMatrix Results.
You now can see those applicants who are Recommended For:
1. General Sales
2. Possibly Interview
3. Slower Pace Sales
Click on the Applicant Details, View
Once you click that, you will be redirected into a PDF where it shows the details of the Applicant's ValuesMatrix Results.
The only thing you need to look at is the Money and Power attitude of the applicant. Money and Power should indicate Strong
